RESET Alio Password

Go to Login Page

1- Click FORGOT PASSWORD

2 - Enter your EMAIL ADDRESS

3 - Next Screen will tell you if password reset was sent to your email address.

IF password reset was not sent, we do not have the email address you entered on file.
Enter a different email address in (blue box - in picture)

4 - Check your email for alio reset link.
Click on link or copy and paste it to your browser window.

5 - Page will not be found.
Look in URL (see picture) find the first word applicant, change this word ONLY to portals (do not delete any dots).
Click ENTER on your keyboard.

You will get the password reset screen.
6 - Double check your user name.
Type a new password (twice).
Click RESET PASSWORD

You will then be taken back to the login page.
7 - Login with your user name and NEW password

You may have to REMOVE any saved passwords you have on your computer, this depends on which browser you see Instructions for Removing saved passwords.
