To prepare and serve nutritious, appealing meals to all students in a
sanitized environment that fosters good eating habits and enjoyable meals to fuel
academic success.

Goal 1: To increase breakfast participation rate by 3 percent annually as evidenced by various sources.

Goal 2: Operate in a fiscally responsible, self-sustaining manner supported by revenue from Federal Reimbursement and other revenue.
